Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
We also accept returns on opened products if you are dissatisfied with the results — our 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers this. Please contact us to arrange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@altheanatura.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, damaged in transit).
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@altheanatura.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
